1. Wood type
All the elements of the programme are made of laminated spruce-fir wood cured to optimal 12% moisture content. Quality in accordance to EN (DEN' 68360).
2. Thickness of wooden element
Window frame and casement have a cross-section 68/82 mm.
Construction
Shape of the profile is in accordance to DEN. Double half-groove, rounded edges, corner joint with double connection, external finishing of frame with double groove serving for horizontal and vertical connecting of windows.
Glueing
According to EN class D4, DIN 68602 class B4.
WATER and AIR IMPERMETABILITY to EN.
3. Aluminium drip channel
Standard aluminium drip chanel-natural or anodized.
Sealant
Special double sealant made of modified PVC fitted into casement groove.
Hardware
- G-U (Gresch Unitas) Germany.
4. Surface finishing
Surface quality is achieved by moulding machine treatment while sanding serves only for the surface leveling. Before fitting the hardware to the element, all surfaces are protected by acrilic impregnation, if required, they can be also finished with a thin or thick coat of schubmle paint, or painted.
5. Glazing
Double insulating glass 28 mm, thick (4+20+4) - float quality sealed with neutral-silicon transparent putty. Special glazing can be provided of requireded for better thermal and acoustic insualation. Standard products are classified into the following classes: 3.0 heat: K=M 3.0 W/m2 acc. to EN.
